My family trip to Pier One was unfortunate, as we faced numerous issues during our stay. The apartment was worn down and unclean, with ants and various repairs needed. While the location had potential, it was marred by aggressive management and a frustrating environment. We definitely expected better given the price we paid.

My stay had some ups and downs. The location near the pier was perfect, and I loved the stunning ocean views from the balcony. However, the cleanliness in my unit wasn't great, particularly in the bathroom, and the air conditioning issues put a damper on my experience. With a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this could be a fantastic place.
